This year's planning committee draws on the expertise present in both clubs along with some very knowledgeable friends.

Members are; Myrtle Weir (Co-Chair), Dinsdale Laing (Co-Chair), Monique French, Glen Patrick, Andrea Stephenson, Valerie Hall, Apryl Townsend, Audrey Gaynor, Devon Gayle, Kadene Brown and a few others from both clubs.
